Rinpoche teaches us that in order to find ourselves we must find the nature of our mind. Our minds are easily deceived. If we can find the nature of our mind, we will become enlightened. When one fully understands the law of karma, one begins the path to enlightenment.
Preparations for Retreat I
The characteristic of the Pharmacist Health Meditation Retreat is that the methods learned during the retreat can very effectively help us regulate the body's balance.The human body contains information and energy. Inputting positive information and energy will promote physical and mental health. Inputting negative information and energy will generate illness, lesions, and viruses.
Physical lesions in the human body, such as a tumor or an ulcer, are caused by the accumulation of negative informational energy within the body. It initially exists in the form of an aura, hence the term "pathogenic aura" or negative informational energy—this is the modern terminology. Medical practitioners call it "pathogenic qi." Because the body and mind are constantly in this pathological state, an imbalance occurs between the mind and body. This intangible aura slowly accumulates, forming granular deposits that eventually develop into physical lesions. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this is referred to as an imbalance in the body's internal meridian energy.
